About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Himalayan Heritage Holidays website (tripleh.com.bt). They are not a travel contract: journeys are booked under a separate written agreement and quotation issued for your trip.

Photographs and text on this site belong to Himalayan Heritage Holidays or are used with permission. Itineraries, festival information and travel guidance are provided in good faith; itinerary descriptions are suggested and provisional until confirmed in your written quotation, and regulatory details are verified against official Bhutanese sources at the time of booking.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry or trip-planning request does not create a booking. All journeys are quoted individually, and a booking exists only once we have confirmed your itinerary, price and payment terms in writing.
Prices and festival dates
Prices are quoted per journey based on your dates, group size and accommodation preferences. Festival dates follow the Bhutanese lunar calendar and are confirmed against the official festival calendar before any festival journey is booked.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance covering medical care and trip changes is required for travel in Bhutan. We recommend arranging cover at the time of booking.
Liability
While we plan every journey with care, travel in mountain terrain involves factors beyond our control — weather, road conditions and flight schedules among them. Our liability for journeys is defined in the written booking agreement for your trip.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan. The detailed terms of your booking agreement will be provided with your quotation before any payment is due.
